Eileen Looby Weber of Lake Forest Flowers will share her expertise on flower care and handling, floral design techniques, and the meaningful role flowers play in everyday living as well as special celebrations. A lucky guest or two might leave with an arrangement created during the demonstration!

Private Tour: Elawa Farm, Lake Forest
Join us for a one-hour tour of the Elawa Farm Foundation gardens. Learn about their organic, regenerative practices, and seasonal cycle, along with history of the lands and their commitment to community. Lunch before the tour at the Cafe (purchased a la carte) to support the farm's mission is optional, as is a walk before or after through the peaceful prairie trails.

Farmer's Market Garden Party
Learn to create culinary magic with the summer bounty found at local farmer's markets (or your own garden)! Julie Flood, former caterer in Washington, D.C., will use her culinary expertise to bring out the essence of seasonal ingredients at the height of harvest. Learn about pairings, enjoy creative appetizers, and take home a few recipes.
